“Balance and Fitness For Your Whole Life”

Sportainability invites you to explore a fun and active way to improve your balance and fitness. We offer weekly community based kayak and paddleboard progressions. Stay tuned for our popular after work 5 week functional fitness sessions.

Through a creative and fun series of progressions, participants learn the basics of paddling, water and whitewater safety, and the skills necessary to navigate challenging skills courses.

Our participants progress to paddling lakes and moving water in the nearby rivers and whitewater parks. Our water based vehicles give participants the opportunity to enhance their freedom of mobility and explore new ways of moving that improve their balance and coordination.
